"Don't Talk to Strangers" Alien Abduction Ceramic Mug is wheel thrown and designed by the sgraffito technique. The outside of the mug is black and white with a design of a alien abduction and on the other side is the important advice. The inside of the mug is galaxy blue. This small mug sits comfortably in your hand with a little thumb rest on the handle.

Sgraffito is a technique where potters can put a layer of glaze or slip on a piece of pottery, let it dry, then use a pottery carving tool to scratch at it to show the base layer of color. Sgraffito derives from an Italian word meaning “to scratch”.
